RETURNS

    Return Policy/COVID-19 Update

  (Effective January 1, 2021)

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy.

We will not be accepting returns or exchanges of any merchandise until further notice.

   Alert: Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Find out more information at USPS. 

 

Shipping Policy/COVID-19 Update

  (Effective January 1, 2021)

All orders are subject to processing time separate from shipping. We typically process orders within 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Delivery times are estimated AFTER shipping and based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays.

Express Shipping may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

We will make every effort to process/ship your package ASAP.

K812 is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.

  • Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered.
